The latest interview is with The Beer Chicks. These two ladies from Los Angeles really know their stuff when it comes to beer. They have even written a book calles The Naked Pint: An Unadulterated Guide to. Craft Beer. Stan Hieronymus says about the book, "Far more interesting than any style guidelines you’ve ever read."

Another interview I was lucky enough to get was with Stan Hieronymus, beer writer and author of numerous "must have" books about beer and brewing. He is most famous for his book Brew Like a Monk and his newest book, Brewing with Wheat: The "Wit" and "Weizen" of World Wheat Beer Styles.
