Creme Ale

by John Readle
(Indianapolis, IN)

I fell in love with a locally brewed Cream Ale but found the price was just to much for daily consumption. I set out to brew my own. I started with a kit that sounded like what I was wanting. Turned out even better than I expected. I make about 5 gal. every two weeks now.

What kit and where did you purchase it? Sounds great. Good job.
